Well we certainly got some snow.. holy cow. 6" at a time, accumulating eventually in about 10"-13" of snow. I had to actually get our snow deterrant fixed and running; our snow blower. Funny story there, worked for 6 years!!
The girls couldn't wait to go out in it and play, and sled. The snow in our backyard was knee deep almost for Abby, much less for poor Vera, or Paisley. Of course they aren't about to be left behind or slowed down by any means. Abby made short work of making snow-packed sled lanes, and a walking path to help her sister(s) get up our back hill. They made quite a long run out of it, Paisley included.
Vera is just to the age where she's starting to really enjoy and figure things out, and remember it. Paisley, it's all new to her. It's so cute, she get so excited! Abby just goes all in, throwing caution to the wind. It's really enjoyable to see them all enjoy the snow.
oWe decided to head over to 7139 where Emily grew up, since it's been 'abandoned' and sat vacant in wait of the sale, to get in probably some of the last sledding and boot skating on the pond that there will be. A lot of great memories were made by our girls, the Stilwells, and the Tomes to look back on and remember fondly.
