Abby has found quite a love and affinity, as well as a natural talent for running. As we attempt to try to foster and grow this in her, through things like Girls on the Run, and her Sherwood Running Club earlier this year; We also found out about this through the coaches at Turpin who also attend our church. We felt that this was a wonderful thing she could dip her toe into, to see if she liked Cross Country, being she will be in Middle School in 2 years. So we signed her up for the camp led by Marshall Remmele and some of his Turpin XC coaches and athletes. So for the week, Abby went to this camp, she was in heaven and absolutely loved it. So thank you Marshall if you read this, for offering this for runners and potential runners!
