'22 - GotR 5k

Abby did Girls on the Run again this year, and as per usual the 5k is in November. This year it was the Day after her Birthday! We asked Carolyn Remmele to pace with her so Abby was able to do her best in the 5k, she asked to; So it was more than a Run/Walk as in the past. She was so sweet to agree to help out. She said that Abby did great, and only stopped for a short water break, and her pacing was awesome. This is only Abby's 2nd legitimate "Ran 5k race" where she was trying for a personal best, or record. If you remember back in May, she ran with the Sherwood Run Club to prep for that Forest Hills 5k; she ran (32:37). In the '22 GotR 5k, Abby ran (27:50), she was flying. THIS GIRL! My Honey Badger <3
